Tops:

Bottoms:

1. Waist: Measure your waist at the narrowest point
2. Hips: Stand with your heels touching and measure your hips at the widest point
3. Chest: Measure your chest on its fullest part, taking the measuring tape under your armpits
4. Leg (interior): Measure the length of your legs from your crotch down to your ankles 

We highly recommend the use of a measuring tape to find your perfect fit. If you're in between sizes, we recommend you size up if the piece is made with our compressive fabric and size down if the piece is made with either our all around fabric or our soft fabric. To check what fabric the piece is made of, go to the product page and check under the tab Fabric.
